From 5 to 7 November we will be in Milan, as always present appointment Golosaria, now in its eleventh edition.
The festival of culture and taste created by Paul Massobrio, author of The Golosario and “Cats Massobrio”, whose second edition will be presented just during the Milanese-day event will bring together as usual the best Italian artisan producers in the frame of Mico – Milano Congressi to Fieramilanocity, grouping them in programs dedicated to food, wine, beers and a variety of street food expressions.
In the company of about three hundred producers, in a time marked by talk shows, conferences, show cooking, wine tasting, master, workshops and award ceremonies, we will bring our interpretation of Christmas, and our hearts.
Panettone tradition, with a hand-crafted 72-hour, in its variations of tastes and wonders, nougats, classic and covered in chocolate, in the new paperback version, for a more gentle on hand, and news for winter , pralines: selected ingredients, to be recognized in purity, and a chocolate that speaks Italian, for new stories to tell.
